Caitlin Vialpando
Owner + Licensed Massage Therapist + Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist
Caitlin is the owner of A New You Massage. She started her business in February 2019 after she had her second child. Caitlin graduated massage therapy school in 2015 in Washington State. Her family decided to move back to their roots in Boise, Idaho to start their next journey. Caitlin specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, deep tissue treatment, cupping therapy, hot stone massage and relaxation massage. She continues to grow her education every year to better her skills and knowledge of massage therapy. When she isn't working on the business, she is hanging out with her husband, two children and their dog. Doing yoga or devouring a really good book. "I can't wait to grow my business with our local community and help others heal and help them take control of their self care."
Lydia Suarez
Licensed Massage Therapist + Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist
Lydia graduated from Milan institute June 2020. Before joining A New You Massage Lydia worked in a spa setting where she worked as an esthetician and massage therapist. Although, she loves giving a good deep tissue massage her favorite type of massage is a mix of relaxation and therapeutic work. Lydia would love to further her education in Lomi Lomi, Thai massage, and sports massage. When Lydia is not at A New You Massage you will catch her hanging with family and the fur babies, catching the latest movies and music, and occasionally reading a book.
Veronica Cartwright
Licensed Massage Therapist
Veronica is new to us and to Idaho, but not to massage as she started her career in Massage therapy in Washington State in 2013 and it has been quite an adventure for her having had experience in multiple settings. She has been well trained in Warm Bamboo Massage, Hot and Cold Stone Massage as well as Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, cupping therapy, Body Wraps, Sports massage and relaxation massage in general! She sees massage as a beautiful art form and herself as an artist creatively using a combination of unique and colorful techniques and tools to tailor her approach to your individual needs for the best results. She believes every person deserves kind, loving touch from a massage professional who actually gives a damn about them and cannot wait to meet you! When she isn't hard at work massaging, she finds her bliss in spending time with her fiancé who is both the love of her life as well as her best friend in the world, and playing with their three cats Jaz, Marble and Bubbles.
Madison Rix

Maddie, born and raised in Boise, Idaho, has always considered it her home despite moving around the Treasure Valley. After graduating from high school in 2021, Maddie immediately entered the workforce, starting in warehouses and eventually transitioning to a barista role at a local tea shop. However, she felt a lack of purpose in her daily routine of waking up, going to work, going home, sleeping, and repeating. It was then that Maddie discovered her passion for massage therapy, inspired by witnessing the firsthand benefits her mother received from regular massages. Since graduating from massage school, she remains committed to expanding her knowledge and skills in various techniques and modalities to provide the best possible experience for each client she encounters. "I can't wait to see where A New You will be in the coming years along with me and super excited to meet all of my future clients!"
Trinity Hardgrave
Licensed Massage Therapist
Trinity is a dedicated and driven individual who recently completed her studies at Carrington College in March 2024. With a strong work ethic, she managed to graduate high school just ten months prior to starting college. Trinity's passion lies in giving her utmost effort in every task she undertakes, regardless of the circumstances. She firmly believes in continuous self-improvement, encompassing the well-being of the body, mind, and soul. Trinity aspires to expand her knowledge in therapeutic and clinical practices, aiming to assist individuals with various injuries and illnesses, incorporating a touch of spa therapy. Outside of work, Trinity can be found engrossed in her current crochet project, indulging in her love for drawing, or escaping into the pages of a captivating book.
Lexee Tabbutt LMT

Lexee was apart of the A New You Massage Team for a short time, but we all knew her for over a year. She was one amazing person and could light up a room with just her smile. Every year in the month of March we will honor our Lexee by donating some of our proceeds to programs that help with domestic violence victims, rape victims, and the LGBTQ+ Community.
Lexee received her license for massage therapy in August 2020. She specializes in Deep Tissue Therapy, and relaxation massage. She is furthering her education in Reiki, crainosacral therapy, as well as trauma recovery. In Lexee's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Buddy. She opened her heart to Buddy and help him recover from a traumatic past. She loves the movies, yoga, and wants to start running again! "My favorite aspect of being an LMT is that I get to use my heart and soul to help others with their pain, stress and overall healing process."
